Grain Fed Dry Aged Angus Beef *Processed in a federally inspected butcher plant. Bulk Beef Buying Guide Pricing is based upon $6.00 per pound of rail weight; rail weight is the total yield of meat, bone, and fat once the animal has been processed. The cut weight is the amount of beef you recieve and is approximately half the weight of the rail yield, as the carcass has been deboned, trimmed, and properly portioned. Beef boxes come in varying sizes of eighths, quarters, and halves of beef. All boxes contain the same proportion of cuts. A quarter/half will just have double/quadruple the number of packages as an eighth. Full beef box sizes are available as well.
